Journal 2 - erm... today.
today... what is today? Tuesday. ah... June? I think so... sheesh, I've only been here a week and I'm totally lost datewise.
Anyway, I've decided to write a journal. I just read a neat book, Emergence, by David R. Palmer. It's written in an interesting form of shorthand, so my grammer and syntax is going to be a bit interesting for a while, before the book wears off. (and then I'll read it again! mwahahahahahaha). erm... actually, journals would be a bit of a problem over the summer. After all, there isn't much to say.
June whateverth, 2001.
Slept in untill noon. Woke up slowly, though about what to do. Ate lunch. Played on the computer untill people came home. Went downstaires. Said Hi. Socialized and watched TV. Ate dinner. Went upstairs, played on computer more. Went to bed around eleven. Lather, rince, repeat ad infinitium. (you know, I can pronounce this better than I can spell it.)
You see the problem? There simply isn't much to say. But if I don't keep a journal every day, when the book wears off, I won't keep on writing the journal, and then when something interesting happens... 'The
World Will Never Know' (statement (c) me). So maybe I'll give the highlights, or something... Ok, let's try this journal thingy again.

Set alarm clock last night to 8:30 (I can too wake up before noon!). Plan was Dad gets off work around nine, gets home around ten, picks me up, we go to Granite Falls house, arrive at eleven (does it really take an hour to get there?), do stuff, come back. So, woke up at 8:30, got up at 8:45, took nice shower, made breakfast (peas and rice and eggs stirfried, yummy! Forgot the cheese, though.). Pondered making journal while waking up, showering, eating. Read really bad book of bad jokes while eating. Finished dinner, Dad called (while making dinner, this is just a bit out of order, sorry), said got out of work late (was 9:25), couldn't make it to house to pick me up, proceeding directly to Granite Falls house. Be home around noon. (hmm... I've got half an hour to finish this). Now I'm wondering, if take hour to get there, is he going to just turn around and drive back right away? Strange. So finished breakfast (yummalicious) and went up stairs and turned on computer and wrote this! All done! I'll, um, probably update this at the end of the day.
