Reading and Writing

Reading is fun
And writing is glum
But are sometimes switched around
Sometimes I chance upon a ghastly book
And find writing as fun
But mainly I find that
The basic things stay true:
Reading is fun
And writing is glum
I have heard it told
(By close friends, mind you)
That some people find things turned around
For them the basic things that are true
Is that writing is fun
And reading glum
I am sure that they find my
As odd as I find them, too
