HELLO!
Hello, and welcome to my Fantastic Feeder Charts !  This site will undergo many changes in the time that it will be running.   Hopefully it will always be helpful to my fellow herpers.  The charts will continually be added to.  You can go directly there by clicking here .

WHO AM I?

My name is Bryce, and my whole purpose to creating these pages is to help herpers from all over the world find the best place for food for their pet reptiles.

WHAT IS MY MOTTO?

As reptile enthusiasts our hobby is often shunned by society simply for having an appreciation for animals without hair.

I have a simple motto:  We herpers have to stick together.

What good does it do to fight amongst ourselves when so many people from the outside will willingly criticize us? Our job is to support each other and learn by listening to other herper's opinions.

WHAT IS MY GOAL?

So, whether you have a salamander or newt, frog or toad, turtle or tortoise, snake or lizard my goal is to provide plenty of options for you to compare prices and locations of foods on the web.  Hopefully you will find the best source for you to buy for your companion.

WHY ONLY ON-LINE?

I didn't know when I began this huge project just how many people there are that breed and sell feeders.  Out of necessity I narrowed down all feeder sellers to those selling from websites.  Please understand that all prices were correct at the time of processing the data.  As I have no direct contacts with these vendors, I have no way of knowing when they will change their prices.  If interested in any vendor, I've made the names into hyperlinks so you may just click on the name and it will take you directly to that site.

VENDOR PRODUCT SIZES?

Unfortunately, many vendors do not sell the same sized product called by the same name.  Currently there are no size standards for pinkies, fuzzies, hoppers, pups, etc.  Brian Golmer, Tom Townsend and James Strompolis have worked to remedy this by suggesting a universal standard , but the industry has yet to agree to such a prectice.  Some terms may even change for the sizes.  For instance, some vendors use the term "runners" instead of "hoppers."  The good news, however,  is that the majority of vendors do try to explain their sizing techniques on their product pages.
